@virginmedia over the last month we have had to put up with no phone lines for over a week, due to a **** up #virginmedia made, lost 1000s in business. Now no broadband for 2 days. Can't take care payments and to sign up to smart trade and pay additional fees. sh*t firm avoid!!

@virginmedia Nothing happened... Checked the channel at 7:15 this morning and it was just a black screen with a msg saying try later etc.. Was like that till we left. I have now checked and it is back on but your colleague above said they knew about the issue.

@virginmedia I originally contacted you & stated that noone in our block had virgin & I was advised that this would be sorted & you just needed permission from the landlord which we got. Now there has been this awful switchover process & we are going without internet for a month!

@virginmedia Wifi connection only, but this average and typical every day. Really poor quality when working from home, often cuts out throughout the day or is incredibly slow.

So far I’ve tried on-line, chatbot, phone and WhatsApp. Four hours of my life without any actual contact about my service problem. System is a facade and simply reflects lack of investment in customer service. #virginmedia

@virginmedia Yes I know that is what I am trying to do. But Virgin are purposely training staff to be as awkward as possible. When put through finally to retention. Either they tell me I can't or they hang up or they just don't answer

@virginmedia it was 12 October, then 16 October, then yesterday, and now Thursday (which won't happen obviously - just made up dates and no actual updates). And we had two engineer bookings just for us and neither turned up. Whole area is down and nothing is happening. Absolute mess.
