Re the @googlefi situation, I get that I'm an idiot here, but I think it's kinda silly that because I somehow didn't select the trade-in option at purchase, I now can't trade in my old phone less than a month after having received my new one.

@googlefi this is beyond frustrating - I'm paying for pixel pass, and YouTube premium just doesn't work. Support is useless, every time I ask for an update just says "eng is working on it" ... It's been a month of nothing but annoying ads.

@TimOnTheTractor I did. Went with GoogleFi. I know, I know...But, they're basically piggybacking off the T-mobile network. And, for exactly what I had with AT&T, I pay 95% LESS.

Ordered pixel5a on Dec 6 which was never delivered. After multiple interactions with @googlefi received a replacement that was activated. I am being penalized for not activating and asked to return an undelivered phone. @Google @sundarpichai , what is going on?

@googlefi My three-month-old Pixel 5a screen is black but for a flicker and the insurance claim to fix/replace it "can't be processed" despite being in the coverage plan as required by the subscription. Not exactly what was advertised.

@googlefi I received message stating "buyer's remorse timeframe has ended for your device" from Nathan, a "floor supervisor" for #google #googlefi support team. I contacted support after having device activated for about 30 days.
